Would anyone like to become involved with coaching the juniors over the winter?

The junior section has really grown over the past couple of years and any extra help on a Tuesday evening would be great.

It’s also a great opportunity for anyone wanting to get some coaching experience which may help with studies or future careers (I’m thinking of our younger seniors who are at college, university or looking at working in sport).

To continue growing the club we need to start developing our next set of coaches.

We are open minded with how any extra help may look and understand that it can be difficult to commit to helping every week.

We have a younger group which is more games based which Neil leads and the focus is introducing them to the skills. This would be great for anyone who has lots of games ideas and working with younger children.

We have an older group whose first hour is skills & technique focused. It might be that you would like to lead two or three masterclasses over the winter on a specific skill such as bowling, batting & wicket keeping where you could work with small groups.
